I'm still trying to get the Tactical elite 1866 8GB work @2133 on 2600K.
I don't see tRC on P67. Could it be something else for P67?

    I tried 9-9-9-27, 9-9-9-28, 9-10-9-27, 9-10-10-28, 9-11-11-28 but still getting BSOD during memtest.

Well you are the second person having troubles to get them to work on P67. I may be the 3rd. Did you boost the voltage to 1.65 to go for 2133?

    I got the 4 sticks of 1600's this weekend and they run at 9-10-9-27 2T @ 1866 @ 1.65v no problem....

Running Asus z68 pro with 2600K

Yes, I did. It seems tRC holds the key to 2133 but there's no tRC in P8P67 Pro BIOS.

    I can do 2 sticks 9-9-9-27 1T @1.5v. It's XMP timing anyway (2T).

Did you have any luck yet? If not, send them over my way for testing

They didn't arrive yet, I always have to wait a lot from my USA shippings, no less than 2 weeks unless I pay 50 o 60 bucks for express mail. Maybe someone @ Crucial site can tell us what's wrong with them @ SB...

**EDIT @ 02/23 the kit arrived. Hope to have some luck...

Got a guy in local forum. He can do 2133/9-9-9 1.64v with 2500K on Gigabyte Z68 UD5.

    Here's his screenshot.

I wonder if it has anything to do with P67 and Z68.

I think tRC is the key. Asus motherboard doesn't have that value in BIOS, Gigabyte does.

    This modules are awesome! 2133 9-9-9-27 1t @ 1.6125v :

Will test them in other speeds and more time, but seems totally stable around those values. Also was able to go into windows @ 1866 8-8-8 @ 1.55v but don't know stability because had no time. Will keep testing the next days. Definetly a great kit for SB!!!!

Got also the fan for free!

Sorry the bad quality of the pictures! Regards!

Hi, using a ASUS M4E with 2105 bios on it. Loving this kit so far, testing @ 1866 8-8-8-24 1t @ 1.55v (maybe less, but not @ 1.5v):

Interesting...I have no luck running the Crucial on P8P67 Pro (BIOS 2105). Got errors in memtest at 1866/8-8-8 and 2133/9-9-9.

Does M4E has tRC timing adjustment? Or did you adjust any timings other than CL?

AFAIK, you can't adjust tRC on Intel SB.

I've just adjusted primary values for them (Cl-trcd-trp-tras and of course CR). Maybe you can post a MemTweakIt screen and we can compare secondary timings and tertiary timings to check no timings are out of value/support on your mobo...

for the results seems that you where lucky on the crucial, i know that MIVE ups memory like a beast my mushkin same as yours 16GB went up to 2250 9-11-10-28 not touching a volt and pushing bclk, my current patriots do the same

maybe its the MIVE ? or just that u got a nice batch, im thinking of getting those to try cauz 2133 9 flat timmings seems awesome

i tried the 16GB samsungs 2400 CL11 but not very nice for MIVE best i can do its 2133 9-10-10-28 1T at 1,65 and they are 1,35 lol

    cheers

How do you like the board? I just purchased it along with 1866 Crucial Elite Kits, which I am anxious to put through the tests. I'm hearing/seeing of a double loop of the bios is this present on your board?

    2x4GB Crucial Ballistix Tactical

From the initial test they didn't like CR=1T. These setting on the screen required some work to be stable, messed with the drive strengths as well.
Probably could tighten some of the subtimings even more. Anything below tRFC=160ns was no boot. Managed to run tRC = 11, but it was not stable enough.
Unfortunately I can't test them neither on different platform, nor on Bulldozer. I'm waiting for a bios chip to arrive. Until then I won't be able to test them on anything different than Thuban/Deneb.

Still pretty decent for 4GB modules. Tried to remove the heatspreader, but was afraid of ripping off some of the chips, so I gave up.

They didn't like 1T since which frequency? They are anyway far better than decent imho, especially on Thuban+890FX.

    Don't know. I shoot for 2000 directly .
Well, I can load Windows with 1T same settings and the mems look stable, but memtest fails at 2-3%. Tried VDIMM up to 1.7V without any difference.
I agree, they aren't only decent, they are actually great. Could expect to clock better on Bulldozer.

The strangest thing I see is something like burn-in process. First I tried 1T, but failed. Then moved to 2T - fail. Adjusted tRC but they randomly failed in the first 4-5%.
Went back to Memtest for DOS trying to stabilize the same settings and it suddenly worked. Got back into windows, needed to adjust voltage a little, but got stable at 1.65V.

I love the mushkins, they are amazing, in this platform I could achieve 2300mhz as I showed before also with 1.65v, but willing to test them on X58 (monday), or P55 (must find any) to go for 2400. I know for sure they can do it.

This Crucials keeps amazing me. They are extremely flexible and sensitive with voltage (as somebody said before, and voltage upgrade will be sensed by the kit, it's unbelievable).
Managed to get 2000 8-8-8-24 1t, just didn't check for stability because it's not a speed that I'll use anytime:

But here comes the best part, they were able to go into windows @ 2133 8-8-8-26 1t @ 1.75v and play with aida bench:

    Amazing kit. I have them @ 2133 9-9-9-27 @ 1.618xx rock solid. Couldn't be happier. Cheers all.

**EDIT: Will try them @ higher speeds.
