I've been binning mem's for a while! Most funny thing while binning was that i bought G.Skill Ripjaws 9-9-9 2000 kit, hoping for good BBSE's but i got 8-11-8 2600MHz capable PSC's!

Well good to know that you have memory to compare.
1s could be shaved by using 4 modules, which due to the fact they are single sided should run easy...
Anyway IC's released in 2012 by Micron are very interesting, too bad they have small publicity(almost none) and they are not wide available.
Micron bought Elpida from what i remember last year too, so they have some knowledge from there too.

I hope they continue in making new IC and someting special for Haswell to...

    With XP of course.
    That would be great!

I wanna see some newer kits other than the Samsung/Hynix ones we got atm for higher density and high mhz stuff. 2800 c9 is fast, but seems kinda lame compared to tighter latencies achieved by older kits.

Sorry guys, i was unable to pass 32m with 8-11-7 settings this time with my BBSE's, perhaps those have degreased on ln2 run? Or it is the mobo, did that with Asrock OC Formula before.. :S

But anyway, like someone said, single sided memory is not good for 32M cause I dont think difference is this huge because of ic's.

    BBSE (Just AIDA)

I hope this is helpfull information to someone.. No more testing with my 2GB Ballistix, need to get 4GB sticks..

That's actually quite good...provided there are no faulty formulas in a spreadsheet that I created years ago (which was based on the info in that article I linked below), it is right around the range of DDR1-300 @ under CL 2, or DDR2-1300 @ sub CL 4. You can't just look at the CL, without also considering the ram's clock speed.

Take a look at this older article. It helped me get over my bias against DDR2 CL4 & CL5 after being used to DDR1 values of 2 on BH-5. The same principles still apply.

Buyd those separately, 7,50?/unit. Here dusty picture of mem's.

got 4x BLE2G3D1869DE1TX0 8FMD and not 8FMR ,i don't think this are the same ICs ,they are disappointing (it could be the last "straw that broke the camel's back" for me and Balistix)
It's pretty interesting that every module listed is always missing the the last 4 digits so you can't tell what you actually getting ...

I had to RMA my pair of 4GB Tactical 1866C9 16FKR sticks (bought single, but matched), because one started to error out. They were quite decent for 24/7, as they would even pass hci memtest at 1600 7-7-7 1T with only 1.50V on my Deneb C3/DFI 790FX.
Their RMA service was very quick, they've received them yesterday and shipped a new dc kit today (12/11). On their order details, they added the suffix .16FMD.
I wasn't expecting an older M part instead of a K. Let's see how they run when they arrive.

update1: It arrived today (13/11) via UPS Express, it's a .16FMR part. Probably they keep the old stock for RMAs. I'll test them Saturday.

update2: Got my hands on them (17/11). Nice, these 2x4GB .16FMR can also pass hci memtest at 1600 7-7-7-24 slightly over stock 1.50V (~1.52V). Crucial could really add some tighter binned series to make these things less of a lotto.
