Packet appears to be lost. Destination was Spain (Europe).

Any news Dimas?.

Wow, I hope mine does not take that long. Been 3 weeks and a tracking number that says item has not yet been picked up yet.

Hello, we opened a claim with the shipping company hoping to solve the situation, as told you in last emails, the shipment was insured so we will send another unit at soonest once they close the claim.

Thanks to you for the patience, we understand the problem created by shipping company, but with the little insurance fee we pay each time we're sure that product if not delivered or lost will not be a loss for us or for customer.
