    Thumbs up SF3D OC Gathering

I organized SF3D OC Gathering this weekend here in snowy Raahe, Finland. Participants were me, SF3D, Junksu, Sember and "the new guy" Oevoe, and lot of other watcher!

Once again we had lot of fun, at least at those moments which i can remember!

We had lot of X79 motherboards and SB-E CPU's, but best of them was my retail 3930K which surprised us all! I was able to broke couple X79 records.

    http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=2188136

We also tested Petri's 7970's with my CPU but i dont have screens from those results, i believe Petri will post some later..

But here quick test with 3DMark06 CPU test, pretty good CPU Score..

CPU stopped working if temps were under -65c, but im pretty happy for my results!

After successful overclocking we took couple beers and after that couple more and went to the bar for celebrate..

..At next morning i found this picture....

Thank you all for taking part in this event!

Here are the "best" runs from me.
Unigine heaven was a joke, cause it did not scale at all with the clocks and 3dm11 was not correct either.
I think Vantage is closest to normal performance.

    (HWB Unigine with 5GHz CPU)

    (3Dmark11 1.0.1 with 5GHz CPU)

    (Vantage with 5,6GHz CPU)

It was once again perfect event, but I am a bit too tired now. Luckily it is not me in the picture

Me and Atso (Asmola) will do some Quad Crossfire runs on Assembly winter 2012. We have good CPU now, so it will be fun.
You are as good as your samples are!

Crazy 3930K Did you buy one cpu or tested several 3930K and hand-picked the best of them?

Forgive for my English because I only learn it

    Hello again!

I didn't wanna spend internet space so i will post these results here..

So.. i had about 20L of LN2 left from last weekend and i tried to spend those today, but without success.. there are still about 10L.

Another thing was that i didn't have much time to test today cause babysitter didn't took my little princess soon enough and i had to pick my fiance from the work.

So i had about 3 hours time to test my new 7970 (worst piece ever seen) with my pretty good 3930K. Cause i dont have 7970 suitable GPU pot (anyone has?), only CPU was cooled with LN2.

But less talk, more scores.. here i my todays results (one world record included?):

    http://hwbot.org/submission/2241357_

    http://hwbot.org/submission/2241360_...0_163740_marks

    http://hwbot.org/submission/2241362_...70_51318_marks

    http://hwbot.org/submission/2241364_...70_42423_marks

    http://hwbot.org/submission/2241368_...70_45911_marks

    http://hwbot.org/submission/2241370_...70_11913_marks

WR? Too bad that we cant get hwbot points from cinebench..

That was todays accomplishment. Remember, im still practising this hobby!

I would love to see a darn good CPU :p

You deserve it mate, have fun with that precious !!
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree
