not likely because we didnt see any news about custom titan card from any other manfacturer
and both ways if true i think EVGA ACX is a new stream like "Classified" but with better cooling option for all new models, Evga needed that to compete with the likes of Asus Direct CUII

Not at release but VERY close behind. Ref cards will be very short lived this cycle.
So don't get a reference card?

WOOOOOF
Certainly a fake, GTX780 specs are wrong and original article is from 27.04.2013 :

Nvidia GTX 770 spec is out - Fudzilla
As noted and rumored earlier, the GTX 770 will be a simple rebrand of the GTX 680, but with slightly higher clocks. It features 1536 CUDA cores and runs at 1046MHz base GPU clock. It also feature Nvidia GPU Boost 2.0 that will take the GPU up to 1085MHz when possible. It will be available with both 2GB and 4GB of memory, clocked at a pretty impressive 7000MHz and paired up with a 256-bit memory interface.

Not a fake, but i think remember they was trying to calcul the GTX780 performance with K20 spec .. ( they dont name it 780 in the table, and instead they have effectively use the K20 spec: 320bits / 5Gb / 40 ROP )

GeForce GTX 780 is using a GK110-300-A1 GPU, just as shown on the leaked chart a week ago. The processor is equipped with 2304 CUDA cores, 192 texture mapping units and 48 raster operating units. It comes with 3GB GDDR5 memory across 384-bit interface. All memory chips are situated on the top of the board, which is not surprising at all. The card is clocked at base 863 MHz and 902 MHz boost. The memory is running at the same speed as TITAN’s — effective 6008 MHz. Also the TDP is the same — 250W. The power is drawn through 6+8pin power connectors. There are two SLI connectors, so the card should be compatible with 3-way and even quad-SLI configurations.
WOOOOOF
LOL- yep- if true this card owns the traditional "high end" market this year.
AMD is going to wish they released the 8970. I haven't seen anyone with a 7990, and even if they're crazy enough to try a dual 7950 card to compete with this, my guess is it will meet similar yawns.
You can't go 2 years in the CPU/GPU business without new tech, even if the creditors are at the door. The people that buy this stuff want to buy something "new" every year, it's part of the deal. "Here are two of the chips we launched a year and a half ago on a card for more money" doesn't cut it.
(prepares for 1,000,000 "this is what I thought the GTX680 would be" posts across teh intarwebz)
Intel 990x/Corsair H80 /Asus Rampage III
Coolermaster HAF932 case
Patriot 3 X 2GB
EVGA GTX Titan SC
Dell 3008
3GB might be a bit of a downer.
Here's hoping non-ref cards have 6GB etc.
