@CTS-MOD NV 660ti leaked, we got the 256bit version
Power port is 6p+6p(offical one is 6p)TDP 120~130w
    default@980/6000 BOOST up to 1123
    SP1152

Roughly the same pcb as GTX670
    Output 2*DVI + DP +HDMI
    3d mark11 X 27**
Can be oc to 1.2ghz with air cooling easily

Anyway nvidia is a bit struggling on this, 192bits cannot beat 7870, 256bits is too powerfual will effect their own product such as GTX670.

More infomation is depands on our satuaion

The one leaked before is 192bits, cannot beat the 7870, so nv give it 256bits and removed one group of SP so it comes into 1152SP

Interesting ... so if i understand well the 192bit version could go on the 660 finally and the TI version be this 256bits version ( or for AIB own models ( this will effect less the 670 sell )

Closer to the regular 7970 than the GTX670, according to that. Sounds BS to me...
    Are we there yet?

Yay the specs for the 660ti are looking good .
150w, that's maybe 30-40w lower then what I got now.
Which I think is a good drop right there...

I'm willing to plop down $220 for a card like that (maybe I'm willing to put down $280, but not sure..., perhaps a 4 gig intensive lol...).

Now only if amd would come out with better "cpu", more speed lower watts... that's my wishful thinking.
    More cores, real ones...

Look at the tests with AA enabled.

This card is starving for memory bandwith and priced way too close to what you can pick up a 7950 for.

strange this setup totally contradict the 2 last one with gpu-z screenshoots posted uppon and there ofc http://videocardz.com/33976/nvidia-g...tion-confirmed .

If this is the reference TI with 1344CC and a 192bit bus.. what will be the TI 256bits? a 670? or the card have only 1152CC? ( or the rumors was completely wrong )

Anyway Dirt3 tested with 12.7 only for the GHZ put this bench totally irrelevant ( well they have report the numbers from old review ). ( and bring a funny result with the GHZ edition 30fps faster of the 7970 )

I seem to recall a horrible review on the GTX680 from tweaktown before release too (or was that the 670?)... We all saw how that turned out.

I wouldn't even glance at the TT review. This far away from any supposed launch day and they're likely working with AiB-provided alpha engineering drivers.

Plus, can anyone make heads or tails of their charts that only include games that were released 2+ years ago?

I remember it being pretty accurate, actually. The 680 came off looking very good for the most part just like in every other review.

Going by specs alone the card should do well in games where its not limited by memory bandwith. Which is sort of whats happening here going by the hit that it takes from MSAA. I would still like to see a better review. This sort of just confirmed some suspicions that I've been having.

    I want the 660ti with 256bit mem and 32 rops... 4gigs of ram... ^^
I don't really care about the shader count.
I know I know I could go get the 670 instead, but if the 660ti turns out the way I'de like it then I'm definitely going for that.

It was either the 680 or the 670 review they showed being slower than the 7950. I guess it was the 670.

Performance in 3Dmark 11 look really close of the 670. and even faster on this model non reference. (cant know the oc on cpu and what type of cpu used. )

    GTX 670 stock = P8800 / this model ( non reference pre overclocked ) = P9320 ( results from HWC 670 review )

I thought the 660 would consume less power and not need as many power plugs as a ref 680 .... and larger PCB than ref 670 ?? It doesnt seem to add up.

    GTX 660 Ti Non-reference Colorful design <-- this is a 256bit ver...
    But some chips were removed.

I never paid much attention to the new gen but why is there a possible 12x32bit chip total?

Apparently it's definitely able to do the full 256bit, we just need companies to put out there special ver's.
Hopefully the ref design is actually 256bit...
I need lots of mem bandwith and texture pushing power... the shader count even for the lowest end would be fine for me.

Bah, at this rate I think I'll end up just waiting for the 670ti to come down in price.
It won't save me any power over what I have, but at least it'll perform.
That totally sucks though to invest that much money on something that's not saving me on my electric lol...

This bring a little problem: if they do some non ref 660TI with a 256bits bus and 1344cores... thoses are just GTX670 ... How do you want they do a 670TI ? If the 660TI is allready a 1344cores with 192 bits bus, 2gb, against a GTX670 1344cores 256bits bus? ... There's no place on specification between them. It will be easy and less costly to just decrease the price of the 670. ( who should go down, as it seems many 660TI will be more powerfull ( we see the same problem of the 680 vs 670 DirectCUII or the gigabyte one, where thoses 670's are largely faster of the 680 )

There was one spec saying it was gonna be around 1100 cores and 256bit and 32 rops.
That what I was hoping for.

No cutting rop/texture units or mem crossbars.
Cutting shaders, with added benefit of lower power usage, cool.

I need a new midrange that can actually do better then what i got when it comes to textures.
PCSX2, I'de like to increase my internal res.
Running Gran Turismo 4 in hardware mode with a higher internal res then stock makes my card crawl too.
The only other thing I have that pushes it other then physx, is skyrim.

I'm pretty sure the ROP's are going down to 24 for the 660 Ti, vs. 32 on the 670 and 680.

The GTX 660 is overclocking nicely, 7 GHz memory

With a nice overclock it's keeping up with a stock 670 and in one case beating a 7970 GHz Edition (3DMark 11). Overclocking is castrated as with the rest of the 600 series though, it seems NVIDIA is trying to push extreme overclockers towards AMD. This card is beating out the GTX 580 and GTX 460 SLI on about 85 % of tests.

In this thread I see a lot of misunderstanding on the way GPUs are designed or just people putting together specs they want with disregard to what is available.

In a word: no. I have yet to see GDDR5 hit the 7GHz mark without error correction kicking in.

You mean CRC, I don't know of any geforce or radeon cards with ECC enabled.
