    Easynews is DOWN!

It took years of dedication by team members to get to this point. You can all pat yourselves on the back. Best Christmas present I could receive.

Been a long time in coming. I remember a while ago looking at where they were, where we were, and wondering if we could do it.

Shame on me for my doubts, because here we are!

    And well deserved..
Now that we've disposed of that piddly little EasyNews team what say we sit down quietly and plan the mass destruction of a certain Japanese based BBS team!

I've been hanging out over at the WCG forums for the past couple of hours and have yet to see any news re our move to #2 all-time...

Is anyone (sierra/movieman) going to post over there? Might be nice to give Easynews a public tip-o-the hat (or a "Medina Wave" as we say down here).

Excellent. Congratulations to the whole team.
I finally decided not to come back these last days for the kill. It would have been too quick, without real pleasure, as I run at the moment at a heartbreaking pace of ~1Mppd.
I witnessed the slow death, the long and atrocius suffering, the unbearable crying.
Btw sierra_bound I am just behind with 200'000 points between us.

    Good work team

Every time I look at the size of our team and at the point we gather each day I am surprised. The individual effort all the members make for WCG at XS is really a special thing.

Congrats and thanks to all. Awesome job for the small team that we are.

If we could get half the team members return work on a daily basis we could fight 2ch for the #1 spot.

I remember when I started crunching (almost 4 years ago... time flies) we had a humorous thread about chasing Easynews. They were so much bigger, and now they're behind us
