Coming to the Darkside - Intel ha better cookies! (MB suggestion for a i7 2700K)

Well guys I finally broke down because the deal was too good to resist. I work part time for a retail company and through Intel they offered an i7 2700K for ~$89+ shipping..... So naturally like any smart person I was on it like a fat kid to free cake! I am selling my current AMD setup in my signature (955 BE and Gigabyte 990FXA-UD5). I will be keeping my Mushkin Redline DDR3 1600 (7-8-7-24) the Corsair H100 and the rest of the system. Also I will be adding a second AMD 6950 2GB due to AMD's holiday deal (955BE and AMD 6950 2GB ~$199)

So what i'm looking for is getting 5Ghz but spending $200 ish on the board. anyone have any suggestions on a good Z68 board? I'm a pretty skilled O'Cer (since the Celeron 300a and K6-2 days), but nothing like the WR holders or ln2 people.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Is there any point for gaming to go with a ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3? Its about $40 more, But I don't think I will ever go with more than the 2 cards.
