So I just updated my bios to the P11 bios and noticed that the light on the status code on my motherboard is out. These lights should last a long time.
It should say FF, but the bottom portion of the second F is out. So it says Fc (with the c moved up more)
Anybody else have the same issue or is this just my board?

No not seen that before. Wouldnt worry.
Not happened on my BR too. Try to do cmos clear, load setup defaults and enter again you overclock settings, don't use presaved profiles.
