very nice kit but pricing ($650) seems a bit high, can't wait to see what they do though.

Looks like it will be dificult to use many of actual air cooling on the market.

I dont expect much OC frome that setup, with 16GB... lets see how it will go.
    |Asus Maximus 4 Extreme B3_ Bios 1904 / 3202
    |Intel i7 2600K / 3770K Corsair H80
    |G-Skill F3-18400CL8D-4GB PIS @ 2133mhz 6-9-6-24- 1T 1,71v
    |MSI Lightning 580GTX 1,5GB
    |OCZ vertex_60Gb FW_1.6
    |Corsair 750W AX

[testing...] "Dude, BSOD is something that... doesn't suit me!"

Now that we're in the right thread, let me post my own results from this kit while I had it for review last summer

How does your kit run at CL10 on M5E, Dumo?
When I tried mine on the Z77X-UD3H, there was a noticable voltage difference between CL9 and CL10, at least up to 1250MHz which was then the limit of my platform.
But later on the Gene it did the same with CL9 as it did with CL10 at 1300MHz+

so Hynix BFR was not working well for me this time, IMC could not run 2600+ with any sort of decent timings and even though I was able to boot at 2856+ there was no semblance of 32m stability whatsoever, pretty sure it is the IMC on this particular chip. Memory temps were -40 to -50.

I wonder if BFR just doesn't want to go much higher than 1200MHz...?

My kit is the actual one recently used for 1900MHz+ frequency records so the only issue of BFR seems high-freq stability.

That's crazy. I had that same kit (240=CFR) and they couldn't do that. One stick ended up dying and the RMA replacement I got were Samsung (340).

It's BFR, look above at 2400C9 modules same 240 mark.
240 from what i know it's for Hynix not specified what BFR or CFR.
It must be the best CFR to do 2600 CL 10-12-11 with 1.63v.
And usualy CFR doesnt work well with tRP = tRCD-1, this is a BFR specific comportament.

All depends on how CFR are binned.

...the key word here is "usually".
From my experience, tRCD and tRP scaling on CFR seem be independent and vary a lot from kit to kit hence all kinds of "works best at" tRCD/tRP are possible, from tRCD=tRP+1 to tRCD=tRP+3.
BFR are a lot more consistent at tRCD=tRP+1 in this matter.

For example, Geil based their 2400 11-11-11 stuff on CFR (even though using Samsung would make a lot more sense) so the toughest part of the spec was doing 1200MHz at tRCD 11. The kit I had could do 1300 10-12-11 but was not as good on voltage as Dumo's one.
