2600k- most vdimm you ever put though without damaging it?

I think i put to much

now my normal timing and voltage for my gtx2 running super pi 32m can barely boot into xp

Hoping it is something else besides a damaged imc.. maybe mobo is not putting correct rtl or other timing that is set on auto (i pray )

Been trying for almost 4 hours to get it stable to my old clocks 7-7-6 2140 1.82v... but now i am getting instant freezes.

    I guess 2300mhz 7-7-6 was to much to ask (1.9v... 1.18vccio)

thanks dumo.. you just gave me hope
    it worked fine afterwards right?

i was using 1.84v no problem for hours.
I hope i am just missing a timing or my cpu was cold bugging.

1.75 - 1.8 on air with no problems so far, but then again I have never given that much vccio

it sounds like something might have degraded
