    Sub 10 seconds despite the less efficient C5F is awesome. C3F (790 chipset) would give better efficiency with deneb. Great job!

    yeah, D9 GTR baby it was their last runs i think, one or both of them started to not tolerate cas 6 at 850mhz even at 2.45v ..
    tape prevents board from become icy

    well, previous post goes to Aerou.
    thank you guys, i heard that c5f is not the best eff board this time and i was really happy to reach sub 10 sec anyway. i think i pushed it to the limit and its really worth it despite i planned to go for 7100mhz,but it maxes out just below 7000 ..

    cpu is for sale anyway

    yup, 850 6 6 5 ..
    and i needed something to keep them at least on room temp. -190c is real cold , with no load on the board, its get icy all around in 30-60 mins..

    not to rain on your parade subaruwrc, but am i missing something here? i just ran an 8.580 second 1m superpi run yesterday on a new 2500k/zotac z68itx rig i built that was clocked at a measly 4.4ghz.
