Who says you can't play games on a ultrabook?

So ultrabook runs a 2007 game. Nice.

    Oh, and a little edit:

in b4: "Sure, but can it run Crysis...?"
    Are we there yet?

Ultrabook does not matter the HD300 inside does, idk why its such a big deal that a HD3000 can run MW3 hell even cheapo i3's with HD3000 can run it and in most aspects a low-end i3 and a ULP SNB are similar.

Did they choose MW3 because of its popularity or because that was the best they could get average 24fps with bilinear filtering on ?

Intel shall employ this phrase as their advertisement motto for their ultrabook. LOL

    Pretty much.

    Gotta love this quote:

"We’ve looked into Modern Warefare 3 and I don’t think we should do any articles on it, would be a waste of our time. The game runs at 150 FPS on a GTX 570 at 2560 4X AA and max settings. It is the same old engine we’ve seen in previous Call of Duty games, DX9, low quality textures, created for the xbox and ported to PC, nothing special about it, no need to waste our time writing an article on performance in it."

I thought Quake 3 was OpenGL? not DirectX9?
Anyway I must admit that they do seem to get a lot out of a 6 year old engine (Doom 3 era?), compared to even Crysis 2 (DX11 Ultra), it looks woeful. Battlefield 3 is another level!

No one ever said an Ultrabook couldn't play MW3....

Plus, even MW3 thinks it is MW2:
