    Outboard audio delay needed

I just good my new flat panel TV and found out that it has more video processing time that my old one. I use HDMI out of my HTPC to the set and audio straight to and amp from the PC. This amp is not a new amp so it does not have any of those new features the new receivers have aka audio delay. I’m looking to buy or build an outboard audio delay box for digital or analog audio that will let be delay the audio from 0 to 100 milliseconds.

    P.S.
Is there software that will do this?

    Now that would be cool….

    Thanks!

    I don't have a host application for Free-Audio-Delay so I can't use that one.

AudioSyncer is running as a process but I can't fine that app to set the delay?

    Edit:

It will not run trail version. Says no license... says app will expire in "fl"

probably not what you are looking for.... at all.... but you COULD rig it up to suit your needs... then take it down and play a show!

    http://www.ehx.com/products/stereo-m...n-with-hazarai

100% wet 0% dry mix should do the trick.... jsut turn the knob to adjust the delay amout, and turn up decay so you only hear 1 instance.

what are u going out to, i would recomend going out from the TV to the reviver and from the computer to the tv with HDMI.

and what kind of tv do u have that there is noticeable lag, did u do something like buy a samsung or sony and do u have it configured properly for high quality input (like turning off the smoothers and noise reduction)
    5930k, R5E, samsung 8GBx4 d-die, vega 56, wd gold 8TB, wd 4TB red, 2TB raid1 wd blue 5400

I'm using a Toshiba set. The set if feed HDMI and audio feed from the PC due to the fact that I use the Media center remote to control the audio volume as I can use that remote to control the audio on all the apps. If I use the tv audio I cant control the audio from the PC there is about a 100 Ms delay or about tree frames it's take for the set to Prosses the video.

    Game mode.

I've got a toshiba, use game mode.

Thats 3 times i've told you.

If you're still getting display latency then its a video driver issue. nVidia 290 series have a bug with that apparently..
