    Isn't that the same unit Kevin Costner used in Waterworld to recycle pee?

    Sorry but to recommend this is a misunderstanding of filter technology.
    This is something you do NOT want on a PC water cooling system. Inside the canister is a LOT of area to harvest bacteria. That's precisely what you DO NOT want!

    As I mentioned previously if you have a FOD issue the problem is tackled with temporary installation of an inline MECHANICAL filter. Even this has a sufficient surface area for microbial activity. The water MUST be kept disinfected or it will become polymicrobial in a few weeks and slime will take over your system.

    For full time mechanical filtration one must factor in a system to sanitize the water. This design and expense will be out of the scope of the "hobbyist" level users.

    Just add another 5-15 kill coils and you're good to go.

    Thats only if u have area for bacteria to grow... throw in a bar of silver... hell it shouldnt break your wallet if you can dish out a 800 dollar canister filter...
