WOW, thats dirt cheap. I pay about $0.80/L and that's much cheaper than I used to pay.

*And for getting that attractive price, you have to pay 1500 USD annually.... Isnt it lovely? Nah; Honestly, we got the worst deal in history, unfortunately, I was not the one making the deal, I would have sealed it quite alot differently.

    Yup....
For renting a 230L dewar that will be changed/refilled, the contract is 1500 USD-range..... Sad but true...

My next step, is investigating with the university if I can just buy through them, they have a way better contract...

Wish they had LN2 around here for $0.20/Liter

It's getting to the point that none of this is worth the personal investment tbh.
First problem is you need to find equipment worth the investment and thats usually involves a lot of binning which is more $'s

But I don't think overclocking at this level is for us users at home anyway.

I must say that AMD team including Chew and others like Aaron Schradin with the Phantom LHe pot with Simon at the helm have done so much for overclocking by pushing the limits of what is possible. Thanks guys !

Good luck. I tried our local university and they won't let me get it from them because I'd be taking it off campus. Something about chemicals, blah blah blah...regardless, the answer was no.

The best I can get locally is $1.73/L incl. tax. I know guys that get it for $.50/L. It just depends on your area and if you can find a nice enough dealer.

Ģ86 for 49L here. Benching GTX580 makes me cry.

WTF is a rental charge of $1500 all about? a 35 or 50L dewar is roughly that much to buy new and on Ebay it's maybe 20% of that.....

$1500 rental charge is insane, my place used to charge me a $65 deposit for a 25L dewar, but after a while they got to know me and now dont.

So...we have in CZ about 30$ for 25l dewar per day(lease) and price of 1l nitrogen is 2.5$. It is not so tragic.

Great run Andre! Waiting for that 8.6GHz screenie!

Wonder when I'm going to hit silicon that does 8GHz:
    FX-8150 1137GPM.... 7308MHz
    FX-4100 1139FPM.... 6991MHz

Even my X4 955 almost reaches 6.9GHz using the same mobo/ln2 setup
