Yes that's right, Google takes "extra" measures and does things a little unorthodox, but I suppose they can and, likely need to.
What I found interesting was that they are going to use water cooling that is centralised, rather an individual to each server "compartment" or area. What this likely means is parallel loops running off a main flow line, but I'm not sure if the cooling itself will be done en masse, or if each "loop" (leading to x amount of servers) will have it's own cooling capacity.
Very interesting, and a lot of it is really hush hush at the moment. I only came by this information by way of inside leak, but insofar as I know, the actual details of the data centre have not been made public yet here at all. The data centre will serve as a gateway to much of Asia, where previously the one in China did. For well known reasons they've effectively moved.
