    B3 rev spotted in AMD's BIOS and Kernel Developer’s Guide.

    Interesting. The questionable ( bad ) results of FX B2 can force the next stepping to show sooner.

    So C0 was just speculation/imagination from the rumor mills?

    What did it say about B3? I hope this isn't just a small speed bump/power efficiency boost like C2->C3 for Phenom II. The 8170 needs quite a bit more than that to sway some of us on the fence about skipping this generation entirely.

    i disagree, it might get 10% more gaming speed due to a clock bump and slight ipc gain, but thats it, and intel is ahead up to 40% in many games. no getting around the fact that many things simply cannot be multithreaded and so clocks/ipc will still matter.

    X6 at 32nm with 400 Mhz higher stock clock would do really well.
