    Memory stability

I have a problem with a RAM sale. I sold a kit of memory. The buyer said it was failing at stock.

    The memory was returned.

I tested it with Memtest at stock and got no errors. Memtest used all the RAM.

Is Memtest enough to be satisfied that the memory is fine? I was satisfied that I was selling a working RAM kit..... and at the moment I am satisfied that the RAM has been returned for no good reason.

Am I right to think that?

I'm using Memtest as well, and it has never given me a false indication. If it can pass Memtest on your board without a problem, it should do so on the buyer's board as well.
Personally I'd blame it on the buyer's board or he chose some wrong settings.
