    Very sad.
He's been sick for some time now.
56 is still way too young.

    RIP

He wasn't my favorite character, his tactics always seemed like deceiving the competition, but he did good things for the computing world. Thanks for everything

He died along with the iPhone... wait, too soon?

Okay, in all seriousness though, F cancer. Didn't care much for the man or his products, but for better or worse, he was a big player in the industry

He was a visionary that drove computing forward. Love Apple products or hate Apple products, it doesn't matter as all the gadgets we'll be playing with for the near future were part of his vision. A damn shame even for us DIY computer enthusiasts.

he may have been a visionary but karma sucks.

steve maybe you shouldn't have bought the kidney/liver a few years ago.

    EDIT:

it was a liver or kidney can't remember which

Rest in Peace, you have done a lot, created a lot and yeah made a lot of friends and a small legion of enemies.
but you were a good man and have bought innovation to electronics in general.

If you really believe in Karma, you might want to re-think the wisdom of posting such an ignorant remark.

RIP, he will be forever in history books, he did something something unique, Apple would never have become the Apple that it is today, without Steve Jobs.... He is a pioneer, and was extremely talented at what he did..

I dispite Apple and Apple products in generel, but I admire the man for his work.

RIP Steve Jobs. 56, same age as my grandad was when he passed.

Can I also add RIP BBC news, British broadcaster crediting Jobs with the iPod, iPad & iPhone while ignoring the person that designed them & will keep Apple producing new products, Johnathan Ive.
