BOINC 6.13.X crashes GPUGrid WUs

These (unstable) version are silently causing nasty WU corruption on upload and make other WUs fail.

Some clients corrupt files on upload, and subsequent workunits fail as a consequence.

If you see
"ERROR: Unable to read bincoordfile"
it's not a problem in your card, but it was caused by the host which computed the previous step.

Boinc 6.13.X is an entirely new branch and not a simple extension of the 6.12.X branch so there are going to be lots of issues with many different projects along the way. I intend to stay away from it until the first "release".

This is a good reason why, unless you are prepared to watch your system in detail, it is not a good idea to run beta versions of BOINC

I don't think that SC is mad, I think he's trying to say you want to run the Beta ACEMD application and not the Beta BOINC client in order to use ATI...

XD thanks for clearing that up.... Well this also answers what i need to use for the ati cards ...wanted to use a nice smilie but the iPad keeps messing it up
