The RAC on my 2600k is finally just about to 5k, only 30 points away. Takes forever to get there it seems. Annoying that the stat systems count days before even the machine existed in their average, but I guess once those "null" days are 30 days past, it does not matter.

The oc number added was missing a digit. Since found one of his posts where he states it is stable at 4.9G. List updated.

    Woot, Sticky.

I'll have to resubmit my 2600k. I reformatted about 2 months ago and I installed Win 8 last night. I wonder if Win 8 will offer extra performance .

How stable is your overclock? I had my first chip clocked up that much and it died after about 6 months of crunching. I haven't tried overclocking the new one.

My main 2600K is at 4.8GHz 1.44-1.45v crunching for 8 months or so. Never had a BSOD or crash of any sort at these settings.

When this gets updated maybe on the 13th/14th we will have a week of the new points system under our belt.

I just had a look at my 2600k and the average so far since the changeover is close to 10K..... that would be close on 50% more

It must be the projects selected that make the difference

    What projects are you running?

Mine has been clocked at 5.0GHz since the big update.

Mine was set to all except FAAH, CEP2, HPF2 as they are my sapphires. I am going to try setting it alone to SNtoS.

Just looking at the numbers it appears to be 200-300 more points per day overall.
