This is a really cool idea. My 860 doesn't quite qualify, but hopefully BD will when it's released. If not I'll just get a 2600K. ^^

wow.. that's a pure Intel team! I guess I'll change that with my AMD contribution. Sadly Intel is there two (i run on two hosts) but AMD is pulling its weight pretty nicely with OC Can't really push Intel as the setup is locked otherwise I'd love to see what it could do if pushed as hard as I have my AMD pushed. I'm sure there's more room in AMD OC as I'm running around 45-50C Full load depending on how quiet I've set the fan but stabilizing beyond 4G is taking its time

Also apologies for not including RAC in my form submission, I just couldn't find myself in hosts massive list, so I pulled the IDs from clients themselves, but my RAC for username is 5K+ so I figured I'll chuck my name in there too waiting for BD here too!

Edit: Ooo!! I just realised, it is for individual Host RAC only, isn't it? Dang then I have a long way to pull that through >.<

Thanks for all the recent submissions I've updated the RAC. Just a reminder that WCG hides users hosts by default & you will have to modify your profile on their site to make them available for inclusion

I'll be working on updating when the RAC of my host climbs I've also had a minor gripe with the stats system; they don't show host names on FreeDC or anything so it can be a bit challenging to try and match machine to host if you have a lot of the same type of processor

I call that a luxury problem

Can always check your Boinc to show the avarage stats for the host.
    Might get you some clues.

    Main Rig:
    - i7 2600k + Noctua NH-C14 - GTX 570
    - 16 GB RAM - Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
    - 1x 256GB Corsair Performance Pro SSD
    - 1x 256GB Samsung 830 SSD

RAC updated. Jcool holds top spot but Pavuk is close behind, Fallwind still holds top single cpu host & sandybridge hosts still some way off 6000

I was wondering why I wasn't doing better competing for that #1 single CPU host. Then I checked some stats, 980x at stock clocks with water cooling and a bunch of my host after minimal upkeep have reverted to stock settings over time

I do? Even though my 3rd Dual Hex is gone? Nice
I'll go and update my forms then.. neat idea

Edit: Done. If any1 wants to compare similar machines, keep in mind BOINC is limited to 21 (Dual X5680) and 23 (Dual X5650) threads respectively. This is due to general system responsiveness being better than at 100%, avoiding issues with certain software that just won't work properly with BOINC running at 100%, and also the fact that the Dual X5680 is my main PC, where I also game, edit photos and videos, encode movies etc etc.

I filled in the form for my main crucher, but after 2 days it still doesn't show up on that list. Did you get the info? Or do I need to resend it?

Sorry Rob, forgot to refresh the page Added you & updated the RAC Totalgeekdom is currently leading the SB race to 6000 points. At least 80% of users increased their RAC

Just filled in the gaps on my single entry, hope I did it right... the main thing of note is that I run 7 threads in order to be able to do other stuff too.

Thanks OC, updated. I've left the thread count at 8 as the rest are listed as max possible rather than actual

I feel so close to 6000 RAC I can taste it! I've got to stop doing so much video processing, it's stealing my valuable CPU time.

It's remarkable that the fastest single hexcores are 980X cpu's. I guess there aren't that many 990X's in the team.

I'm planning to upgrade my OS to Win7 64bit and up my OC to 4700 or 4800 MHz this weekend...that should take care of that problem!

So, when we talk about RAC I think of recent average credit.... am I right..... How is it calculated??? is it the average over the last 30 days?

    Thinks....if so top 2600K seems a possibility
