    570sli or 6970 cross for 2560*1600??

Hi im looking to improve my gaming performance but i dont know what solution to chose

    My system is a i7 920 @ 4ghz, 3x2gb 1600 ddr, intel g2 ssd, normal stuff for xs :p

Now im running with a 5870, nothing so special there.

The idea is to go sli or cross, but i dont really know what to chose.

If i go with a sli im going with two 570 (580 its insanely over price for my taste), probably msi twin frozr 3, but if go with a cross, is it worth to go with 6970 or just 6950?

I need a bit of help

    Thanks all

Go with 2x 6950 and unlock them to 6970.
GTX570 does not have enough VRAM.

did u see NVs last driver, and double density cards that are non ref have had bios problems from NV from what ive used were u get random really low fps drops (it could just be gta4 and metro). but amd is quicker at high rez and has 2GB of ram, they also have better tv, multi monitor and 3d support, and the reference cards dont kill them selves from to much workload like the 570.
