Phobya DC12-220.

DC-220 Model is the youngest Sprössling of the very successful Phobya pumps series and also the smallest and weakest. This fine „“are so small and compactly they pumpchen into the smallest HTCP place would probably find. This pumps differs from the DC12-220 only a little, it is somewhat larger and stronger, the optical impression is just as good as with the DC12-220 and possesses the same scope of supply.

Phobya DC12-400.

That is the tip of the spear this series with an achievement of 18W and a maximum hoisting depth of 4m (manufacturer data). It is quite large and very heavy. The intended operational area is clearly the HighEnd of the water cooling with several radiator and large radiators. Swiftech MCP350.

The Swiftech MCP350 very probably is and all well-known Laing DDC with a hoisting depth of 3,7m and 420L/h mechanical handling capacity. Absolute highlight with the Swiftech version:

This pumps is the strongest variant of the DDC series with 18W rated output and 4,7m hoisting depth with 600L/h mechanical handling capacity. I think everyone already this pump know from there save I the further description.

That alpha-coolly Laing DDC header tank Rev. 2 is a further module for extending and improving the Laing DDC-1T and Laing DDC-1Plus pumps. As basis here the pumps with one, already reequipped, serve alpha-coolly Laingaufsatz. Compatibly both with the 1/4-tariff version and the 3/8Zoll Highflow Alphacool Laingaufsatz!

Alpha-coolly HF 38 Cape Cyclone 250 V.2

This AGB is the second version of the Cyclone, the tubes diameters on 60mm was extended and a new tubing held introduction into the AGB. Phobya DDC Light Laing DDC Black top

This essay reminds me much of the earlier OCLabs cover, it is very more easily and compact covers and at the same time one the most inexpensive Laing essays at all. Unfortunately that was not Finnish my copy so mad and pointed several small scratches and „scratches “.

That is, contrary to the Light version, one of the heaviest covers for the Laing. That is actually my favourite cover for the Laings. Unfortunately he sees to that with me, after estimated 50 changes corresponds out.

EK Water of block input clutch reservoir Combo DCP 2,2 and DCP 4.0

With this AGBs EK pursued a very interesting idea, this AGBs directly to the appropriate to pump was screwed on and imagines in such a way, at least in the 2,2 version, a compact pumpen/AGB bottom plate. They are quite well finished and come with all, for the assembly necessary, will portion. The assembly is unfortunately a patience play, the Allen key provided held exactly one screw, afterwards was it no more to be used, one should absolutely a high-quality tool at home have otherwise ends the change in the endless grind.

Test system and test run.

There into this comparison test around the pumps only pure flow goes into two performance levels is measured. The Koolance control permitted, in 10 gradates, the tension of the pump between 8,11V and 12,7V to stop, and exactly I will use these values in this test. Each run was logged over 10min and the maximum and minimum values was taken up.

Test evaluation.



Phobya DC12-220:

Very compactly and absolutely silent, on these values one knows the result too these pumps summarizes. The achievement is sufficient and for its planned operational area (HTCP) complete correct.
In connection with the EK DCP 2,2 it forms an inexpensive and compact Combo in nearly each housings place to find should.







Phobya DC-12 260:

This pumps is own creation of the Phobya and can not to the EK DCP AGBs be attached, from that achievement is it ago the Phobya DC12 220 not be considered clearly. The volume is equal to that of the 220, dh. In each situation practically inaudibly, only from a distance of under 30cm it is perceptible. From a closed housing it is not perceptible.





Phobya DC-12 400:

With this pumps can one the largest ones and flow braking systems operate, the achievement is outstanding. Unfortunately also the volume rises and is already clearly audible with 12V with the achievement of the pump. The kind of clay/tone is rather deep and not as whistling with the Laings and shrill. With 8V the volume this resembles itself pumps that the Phobya 260 with 12V. It should for the enterprise this pumps automatic control to be used with the achievement the pump with rising temperatures is only increased.






Laing DCC/Swiftech MCP350:

With the result too this does not pump does I quite heavily, surely is very good the achievement of the pump and exceeds those the Phobya 220 and 260 however to the Phobya 400 comes it ran. Also in the volume it strikes the Phobyas 220 and 260, is however altogether quieter than the Phobya 400 and the Laing DDC1-Plus. However the kind of clay/tone, at least for me, is very unpleasant, it is a relatively high-like whistles from not closed housings is easily audible. The Phobya BlackNickel brass cover help there little it more quietly to place which with its enormous weight to possibly do has.






Laing DDC-1 plus/Swiftech MCP355:

This pumps is, together with the Phobya DC-12 400, the strongest in this test. The achievement is enormous and without any doubt raised, however acquires this pump this achievement with very much whistling noise which also with 8V not much at volume loses. Good uncoupling and a control are obligation. However play with the pump the essay/cover very large role, could make the pump quieter with non the pluses of the brass covers, then it is alpha cool with this model that covers. Above all the acetals the kind of clay/tone of the pump could positively affect covers.
Generally speaking however is not this pump for a silent system after my measure suitably.






Result.

As one to see does not know gives it a laying eggs full milk sow into this test, all pumps has her strengths and weaknesses, one should the pump its needs and achievement requirements adapt. Direct recommendations I will not express on this place there each user other conditions to a pump set.
