not really, there was one from ezio (i think thats the name) that is a few grand and its for video editing so its got input lag. then there is a mitsu thats only in japan but its 60hz with 120hz spoofing (like a tv.)

It's a pity, I am looking to get a 120 Hz monitor, but I don't want to go for a TN panel, as I'm used to my IPS one.

Is it really vital? IPS panels are already pretty damn awesome. I would never drop back to a TN just for 120hz.

breaking the 60 fps wall at or beyond 1920x1080 on a high quality panel is definitely the number one priority for the next monitor I buy new.

There are 2 brands of IPS 120Hz 2560x1440 on ebay/american market. One is the Catleap 2B, the other the overlord. both are the same panel and PCB, with different stands and bezels.more info on http://120hz.net/content.php and Overlordcomputer.com.

Do note, while the PCBs in those models may handle 120Hz, the panel itself isn't quick enough to fully take advantage of that refresh rate. It still is an improvement over the base 60Hz but the response time would need to be faster for it to really shine ( I've compared a TN 120Hz to my friends Catleap at 120 ) I've found that after the 90-100Hz area, there is no difference give the panels limits.

100hz is pretty decent improvement tho.
