    Well I had a E2140(OC to 2Ghz), Asrock G41MH/USB3 (onboard GMA X4500 DX10 DVI,HDMI and VGA), Kingshare 1*4GB DDR3 1333, Raptor 74GB 10000rpm and 320GB WD Blue for storage. Played fine at 1080 from downloaded sites. Usa a Antac 380W 80plus PSU.

Must admit the GMA X4500 is not up to much but I will use a simple HIS 5450 DDR3 512MB card to give better performance at around $20. No need for a bigger 6450 or GT430 for Video Playback.

    As a matter of fact

I am building an ITX system at the moment that is using a E2140, AOpen iTX MCP7A-S MoBo onboard GeForce 9300, 2*2GB DDR2 800 and a WD Blue 320GB 2.5 inch HD.

Just saving some pocket money for the Lian Li Q09F case.

I will even do a write up of the build.

The HIS 5450 graphics card is also silent HS so no extra noise added while listen to your movies or music. It also uses only around 25W max so it does not generate much heat or require a large PSU to drive it. This also cuts down on the noise if you are using a small PSU. The HIS 5450 also comes with a low profile fitting, so you can use a small iTX or mATX case if you want to reduce the footprint size.
