Hellgate London re-released as Free to Play!

Good game for free, enjoy. Was made by some of the people behind Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo, and World of Warcraft, it originally came out in 2007, did not do too well, Korean company purchased the rights and re-released it for free, servers have been up for a couple of days now.

I got sick of it pretty quick there wasn't much to the plot it got very repetitive, Good news that its free though free is the right price for a game like this.

It's actually B2P, seeing as its actually only a demo. You can only play the 1st two acts for free. After that you either pay ($30) or you don't play. Which is fine, but they had been advertising it as F2P when it isn't.

After completing the first two acts yesterday, I must admit it felt way to short, even for a "free mode". Not a bad game judging by the first two acts, but can see it getting repetitive after a while. Not sure yet if I'll pay to continue.

It may be 'free2play' but did they ever make it fun2play?

I guess this is free2play just like how SC2 and WoW became f2p with their trial time-limits removed, but still have limits on the depth that you can have in the game.

They really messed that game up when it was released. Is there still an ongoing monthly fee to play?
