Whine much? Jesus... They don't design the game just for you, the game has to fit a lot of people and that means cutting some corners here and there, some things you like some things you don't, deal with it.

I think it looks great, sure there are some things I don't like, but I know others do.

There are some things (Origin, battlelog etc.) I think we can all agree on are not more miss than hit, but a lot of the things people are whining about right now (choice of beta map, if it looks more like a BC game than a BF and so on) is just stupid.

I reserve my final judgement to when we can play conquest, the password from the caspianboarder servers just leaked put and the people who got in said that is was like a hole different game compared to rush... hope they unlock the map for the public beta.

Well the servers are still locked, but appears to have 64 people on each one. When I checked in the morning there was only a small handfull like 6 on all those servers so I figured there was something up.

Not sure why that wasn't posted on official beta forums.

Not at the same time...GTX 480 came out 6 months later
Though I'm borrowing another one from a friend.
Metro is a restrictive map. With big and heavy maps in conquest I think fps will go down

Actually many people that play caspian boarder say it performs better then metro, from the things i gathered so far my oced 5870 should be good for ~40fps on ultra in 1920x1200. CF 5870 should easly dilver in the 60fps range.

Of course im gona tweak the config, i bet shadows again will eat a lot and maybe you wont see much difference between ultra/high.

I heard that too, I really hope I can get a good fps with a low/medium mix on my HD4850 at 1680x1050.

Does anyone know how to get a joystick to work?

Mapping keys is complete fail in its current form. You can't unbind used keys and the games default joystick setup does not work for me. A PC game without this essential function. (Beta or not)

Key binding is known to be buggy at the moment, no real fix known unfortunately. Isn't the joystick mapped by default already though? Try it in its default state and see if it works Otherwise, wait for final version or a beta patch
