they updated the CAP file yesterday,I'll install these after removing the .8 preview edition ones
I've read these are a stable release

on a whim, i decided to try these out with my RBE modded (850/1100 @1.10V completely stable) 5850. total lack of stability. i'll be in windows and it'll just gray screen (you know the one with the columns and blocks). flashed back the stock rom and all is fine.

Installed these for my 6870 Crossfire setup. Was previously running 11.6. These 11.8 offer a nice upgrade in Crysis 2 performance.
ASRock 990FX Extreme4
AMD FX 8350
Kingston 16GB (4GBx4) DDR3 1333
Gigabyte NVidia GTX 680 2GB
Silverstone 1000W PSU
These drivers give my 5970+5850 a good boost in performance compared to the 11.6's . W00t !
