Modified Intel laptop drivers for gaming! (Good FPS!)

Here is the modded driver for X3100 IGPUs. Its actually just a INF mod, but to save millions of people asking me where to put the one file.. heres the whole package.

- Changed maximum memory allocation from 256/512 to 1GB
- Increased default memory allocation (don't know what to as I dunno what these IGPUs use as default)

No, I have no way to OC these IGPUs, I've tried a few different ways but none of them work. I just made a few driver sets to see what sort of performance can be had out of these chips really. I'll probably release a few more 64bit Win7 drivers for the 4500 IGPUs, but thats it. My research hit a early dead-end sadly.

No biggie, I'm pretty much done with squeezing performance from these drivers. Just shy of 1000pts in 3D06 is already some way in front of the generic driver on a laptop very similar to mine. Maybe one day intel will learn to make proper drivers and half-decent IGPUs, but its not very likely..

My mods are all mostly INF tweaks, nothing hard or difficult to figure out. The performance boost users will see are just the results of properly defining settings in the INF file and letting the IGP have access to a reasonable amount of memory.

Intel GPU drivers are a turd, I've just done what I can with them I doubt I'll bother updating any future drivers.

Your latest drivers (2555) are worse then previous.
I have compared yours to stock win7(64) from 2009 (after formatting)
both cpu downgraded from 5.1 to 5.0
aero changed from 3.8 to 4.0
game perf. 3.4 on both.
CPU T5800 2.0GHz
GPU 4500MHD
RAM 3GB

I need to find a reliable online file hoast guys, somewhere that doesn't delete files - ever, and lets me organise everything. Any suggestions?

Nope, I set all my stuff up on Rapidshare when the FBI went on their retarded rampage and shut megaupload down, Rapidshare delete files that have been inactive for 30 days which is bloody annoying.

make sense... they want to keep space free from there servers if data is not been used I suppose.... well good luck finding a site that will permanently keep it up... How about drop box??

Mediafire is so nice. You can create folders, share folders/files, make things public or private.
Really easy to manage and work with

Hey Ket I was reading this and am very interested I have a 4500mhd intell integrated graphics card, however I saw that your link was bad and do not have a new one yet, I wanna try this so I can play Guild Wars 2 with a better fps, also I'm not 100% sure on how you edit your drivers, anyhow what I'm asking for is maybe a good explanation or you can show how, with a video or some pics, I think it would help more people access your tweaks to give you feed back.

I have a driver I'm playing around with, its kind of a hybrid driver. Its not finished yet, I don't know if it will really help anyone and in the worst case scenarios it seems to double FPS. That might sound impressive, but its really not. I'm talking if you get 1FPS this driver should be able to pull off 2FPS. The 4500 IGPUs are real turds (mostly because of sloppy driver coding I'd expect) I'm just trying to come up with one "golden" driver that eeks every bit of performance out that can be mustered.
