2600k prime passed,linx passed, surf web+watch video= BSOD help please!!

so my 2600k clocked at 4.6ghz (1.375v) pass every stress test i run,8 hours small FFts,Linx,memtest ect. , but out of the blue i get BSOD when the computer has reach 1-2 days period on. my settings are PLL off, LLC ULTRA HIGH, phase control EXTREME, Duty control EXTREME, cpu capabilities 130%, HT enable, I disable everything else to have my cpu run at clocked speed. even tried vcore up to 1.38 but wont help, already try hard drive to rule out ssd. right now i'm running at default setting to see if the motherboard is bad. please help any advice is appreciated. thanks in advance
