    Sapphire Pure Platinum PT-A8A75 Spotted

AMD’s Fusion platform combines either the all-new 40nm “Bobcat” or the 32nm K10 based “Husky” CPU design with Radeon 6xxx series graphics into one package called an APU. Fusion uses the new A75 chipset and Socket FM1 sporting 905 contact pins. The first flavor includes Desna, Ontario and Zacate featuring one or two Bobcat cores and Radeon 6xxx graphics sporting a mere 80 shaders. The second, more powerful flavor is Llano which features 2-4 Husky cores and the same Radeon graphics but with between 160 and 400 shaders...

Very clean looking for a motherboard. You don't usually get that nowadays.

Looks good, but I still miss the white PCB. Made their boards look very unique.

only 5 internal sata ports and it has 2 legacy PCI ports Cramped socket area will make larger air cooling fitment difficult. Looks like an ultra budget board. I'm guessing it'll be cheap.

I may be nuts but....what looks so great about this board that I can't already get in an ASUS, Gigabyte or MSI product? I mean other than the obviously cramped CPU socket area, a lack of Crossfire support on a "Platinum" branded product and a serious identity crisis (no Crossfire but the inclusion of onboard POST LEDs and built-in power / reset buttons)....

the mini PCIe slot is the only thing that stands out to me, and even that make little sense on a full sized board,
if this was microATX then it would have a little more purpose

does it have built in bluetooth? and can it run bluetooth keyboards in its bios? thats kinda important if it wants to stand out as a media PC, and if they got that covered its a good step in the right direction

VRM cooling is nice, considering how inexpensive this appears to be.

Yup. But no dual discrete Crossfire for this board.

LOL! Should have been " insert Dual-Slot Graphics Card here".

it would hilarious to see shappires 990fx boards without SLi support.
