    New Tec Water Block.

I just finished up my new tec water block. It runs off a tec controller using the existing computers power supply and a single quad radiator for cooling.

My quad radiator is having a hard time cooling it, but even at water temps of 48ºc here is a quick occt test run.. ambient is 25ºc
I'm working on replumbing the block in parallel and swapping out fans.

I've got this block detuned for 24/7 running the tecs at 50% imax. I actually never turn the controller down under about 15-20ºc so I don't have to insulate and to keep my powerbill down.

This block should run that load at near <0ºc if get my water temps down to around 28ºc. and run the tecs @70% imax.

Nice work! What tecs are those and what voltage they have? I have thought similar block for 4 or 8 tecs but never made it. Results seem promising if you get water temp below 30c in the future.

The dt's seem better on this than my chillers by about 5-10ºc, but for 24/7 thats really nothing because we never run them at 100% anyway.

On a side note are you still interested in putting a controller on your chiller, or did you get that worked out?

well i have a t-balancer already so will go with that. it's biggest down fall is it doesn't have a screen so i dont know what it's doing.

However a bay mounted screen/ controller isn't practical for me too. cos my pc sits on a narrow shelf above me ( with a hug sag ) you will have seen the pics . soooo i wont beable to see the screen anyway :-(

i would be more than happy for you to put your stuff on my shop site all credit will be given to you (oh and money too) probably wont sell much but it might help you out every now an again. oh i also have that other site you can post on .. i have been expecting you too
