    980x, Rampage III Black and an old 3D 06 :-)

    Hello Guys,

    This morning i finally found a bit of free time for test my 980x in 3D Benchmark.

    I spent the time pushing the CPU for find the limit, and when i was near to the end i finished LN2... XD

    Here the setup:

    980X + F1 Gemini
    Rampage III Black Edition
    ADATA 2200 MHz C8
    Antec HCP 1200W

    very nice cpu but really bad efficiency.... check ur GT1 and GT2, it seems 6500 GTs run not 6700

    I know my friend, but in this run target was not the score... i tried only the CPU clock ;-)

    sure bt my meant was be careful and check very good GT1 and 2 FPS a lot of time lower cpu frequency gives u better FPS, try 6600 on those 2 GTs and u will see the real gain performance, maybe if u can run only Forest @ higher freq like 66XX. if u have suck GT1 and GT2 close the benchmark no need continue caz if u don'y have +1250 on gpu ur SM3 will same in all runs, u need only SM2 if u want break single WR easy.
