Twelve Fans for three HWL Black Ice SR-1 480mm Radiators

So I decided to go with the SR-1 radiators for my upcoming Little Devil PC-V8 build and now I am wondering on fans. For the case itself I am using two 140mm (((Noise Blocker))), and one 120mm. Now I need twelve 120mm for the radiator.

The fans have to be all black, or black frames with red blades. No LEDs, no gimmicky lighting effects!

I was thinking of grabbing twelve more of those (((Noise Blocker PL-2 fans, but at $20/ea, that adds up quick. If I could find somewhere that carries the GT-1450's, I'd grab those, but no where has those in stock - and the blades are grey. I don't want to paint anything.

I was also looking at those Enermax Magma fans, but have no idea what these would be like.

These won't do @AT?
And i wouldn't advise painting blades, as it may hurt blade/rotor balance and introduce extra noise at higher rpm-s.
I'm guessing it's choice between bling or best noise/performancy.
