Anyone tested tweak on GTX275/280 already ?

sorry viss, no cards to test.

also 2nd tweak... only works in windows 7. tested last night real quick and you lose 2fps in xp.

Doesn't work on 9800gtx+ (which means it won't on any G92 gpu like 8800 cards). FPS gained in some areas, but it seemed capped at 500 fps.

It's not hard to spot .

The difference is smaller as you raise cpu clocks . At 5700mhz it's something like 7000 marks more .

OK ... Here is what i found myself .

Open nvidia inspector and go to the elevated settings .

The press the third button from the right "show unknown settings from nvidia predefined profiles"

Then you will see some more options available .

Search lower at the "unknown settings"

There is an option "pre_d3d9_compatibility_bits" .
Just pull the arrow and select the 0x00000040 option .

Now get to play with this favorite game .

That tweak what stelios told, didnt work on me atleast with Win7... Only got worse fps on nature test with gulftown and gtx580.
So the trick what i found to work myself wasnt that.

I will, but i just did test with this 24/7 OS like i told before
I will do more testing tomorrow with new 2600k if it clocks well and then with GTX580 lightning if i have LN2 left after 3dmark11 benching!

But still, can someone try that tweak on win7 and confirm that it just work with XP?

I just have feeling that other tweak is only working on win7, like someone told that there were another tweak for it.
Windforces tweak wont make score better on win7, il do some scores with stock cooler on my lightning.

win7 and xp react differently to 01. you cant really make a comparison of the 2. yes the one the posted tweak works in XP. if you want a slight boost in DH win7, turn ON dynamic tiling. its worth about 20fps. dynamic tiling in XP will make you lose 2fps.

There is still one more tweak atleast with win7 OS, boosts every tests fps 15-60 higher. Have to try that one on xp and hope it will work with it too
Gained over 3000 points with that, and i think it will improve with sandy platform. Now im going sleep and tomorrow more testing and this time with right OS for this game ^^

Okay so... For someone who has no ROG board, what does this "Xtreme Tweaking" do?

Just a bit of testing with the card on air, score doesn't really scale with CPU clocks with card clocks this low, just ran that speed as it isn't that tough. Need to finish run order testing then I'll take the card cold
