I think the OC world will feel the loss for many moons to come. Good luck with your life and I hope things pick up for you. Yes im a relative n00b to OC but i read all your posts as they seem to offer so much knowledge in such little passages.
I hope whoever/whatever is up there looks at you and gives you something as you have given us all so much.
Hope your personal life will be amazing!

Completely understand you, Brian. Although I'm probably not aware of all the bad sides behind that. Dedicating so much time to overclocking and testing new products really harms any relationship and personal life. Even spending time on OC'ing for fun harms relationships...
And when you don't get the appreciation you would expect, it all adds up and you have to stop it at the end. A big "thank you" for the help you provided, you never refused to answer my questions. Hope you'll feel better now and wish you everything best. We're looking forward to see you back. Wish you get the desired job (if you still want it).

You can still hang around here in a casual way, you know. And you'd be welcome!
Good luck with your new job!
Sad to see you go, definitely learned more than I could have ever imagined from you, both on here and at events. You were a rare commodity in the oc community, showing tons of dedication and knowledge with every rig you benched and helping everyone you could along the way. The amount of preparation and tuning you did for everything you benched was unrivaled. It's unfortunate no company decided to hire you on, you were definitely the most deserving of it I always thought.
Nothing but respect for you and your decision man.
I dont know you well, but I knew that if I ever needed help with AMD, it would be you I sent a message to
From a much lower plane, I understand how you feel, family has to come first...... but I know you wont quit OC entirely
OC is like the KGB, no-one ever quits.
Wish you all the best
Cya around.

hey chew you words describe many overclockers and their battles to somehow juggle life and this hobby. i know some of my friends and me have given up and came back a few times, its not easy... i do hope things get back on track as life is what's most important. hobby can wait, it's not going anywhere!
i hope we can put a name to a face one day
Take care man.
Cheers, man.
I will miss .
Thanks for changing the game.
Thanks for all your sharing with the community
I read lots of your post about Overclocking with AMD.
Well Family comes first, but if you have spare time , don't forget us and hang around
Changes in life are inevitable!
Still looking forward to bench with you in the future !
Good luck & all the best to you & your family
see you around, buddy

Sad newz ...
All the best for you, Brian
See ya !
I completely understand your decision Brian!
The manufacturers using you as a free workforce might feel good in the beginning,
but in some point it will start to feel . They might treat you like a 10 year old kid. "Do this and you will get a lollipop"
I have done my own decisions and I don't need vendor support anymore (Except ASUS, which is a different story in many levels)
When this hobby become competitive, things went to wrong direction in many different ways.
I am completely tired of asslickers who are talking BS all over internet, even they have no clue about anything.
If person A hate person B because person C said you should do so, I am not sure who is the most idiotic in that ABC line.
I wish all the best to you and I hope you will still stay in scene somehow. We have had many issues where we haven't been able to find the same wawe length, but I respect you for that. You say what you think and you do not hide behind someones back and talk from there. Keep that!
Bye!
