Asus Direct CUII volts++ w/o hardmods?

I just picked up a new CUII for a good price.
Did a quickie run at 1.15v (AB) in am3 - 1000/1100 was no problem on stock air - looks promising?
I will eventually do dice on this but i want to be able to up the volts to 1.28 or so when I do.
i tried about 4 different versions of AB, none of them worked beyond 1.15v.
Looks like Nvidiainspector only goes to 1.15 also - at least the version I was using.
Is there a way to get > 1.15v on the CUII w/o doing hard mods?

edit - vid is <1v I will post exact vid tonight when i am home.

Forgive me if this had already been answered.

cbb mod(conductive pen) no soldering required
    1390mhz @ -140c
    1.5ish volts

    3d03

you have to warm up the card(run benchie)...you can't go straight into 1300 immediately...

igot smartdoctor with 1.6v enabled if you need it. but i think you have it already..

negative you are thinking of matrix, this will only allow above 1564 for clocks as well as cold slow. You have to do the +400mv stock mod to have 1.5v default.

I want to SLI bench my reference sparkle calibre with my CUII.
How do I work the oc software - can I use smartdoctor for both?
    I currently have -

what I think is the the shamino cold slow on the sparkle (bios 70.10.12.00.01, subvendor ASUS (1043)) and

stock bios on the CUII (bios 70.10.17.00.00, subvedor ASUS (1043)).

What is the best bios for each and what s/w is best given that I want to sli the pair?
Smartdoctor for both, SD for CUII, MOA580 AB for sparkle?
