Nice, but I rather see 1600p more affordable and cheaper, but at that resolution is insane but nice, would love one.

AMD Threadripper 12 core 1920x CPU OC at 4Ghz | ASUS ROG Zenith Extreme X399 motherboard | 32GB G.Skill Trident RGB 3200Mhz DDR4 RAM | Gigabyte 11GB GTX 1080 Ti Aorus Xtreme GPU | SilverStone Strider Platinum 1000W Power Supply | Crucial 1050GB MX300 SSD | 4TB Western Digital HDD | 60" Samsung JU7000 4K UHD TV at 3840x2160
I would personally love smaller pixel-pitch monitors for gaming. I know that's difficult and expensive, but I've always went for the low-end in physical real estate (19.3"; 21.5") and the high-end in pixel real estate (1680x1050; 1920x1080).
I'd love for this thing to make rounds as a consumer monitor. I'm waiting for some company to stitch together three 1920x1080 screens in portrait mode for one massive 3240x1920 display. I'm not worried about the screen break line (especially if it can be treated like three individual monitors), so long as it's minimal. It's still a hell of a lot better than an inch of plastic bezels.
I'd also love if AMD and nVidia would do dynamic resolution-switching, so that your system is treated like multiple monitors in 2D mode and like a single screen in 3D mode.

No, they're home users with lots of cash. Pro = do something in exchange for money.
As for the 4k standard, Florinmocanu explained a lot of posts ago. Pro =/= home use. Move along, there's nothing to see here...
Edit: just making clear that the 4K (4096 × 1714) res is a relative new standard in digi image that counts for horizontal resolution instead of 720 or 1080 or whatever vertical resolution that we're used to. This Eizo display is for industrial purposes only wich makes this thread's point moot anyway...

James Hunt: "Well, that should put them out then."
So a home user cant be a pro.
right...
All along the watchtower the watchmen watch the eternal return.

If i had the cash, i would buy one in a hartbeat! Gaming on such a beast would be glorious!
My hardware changes to fast and to much to keep a sig up to date. I just gave up on the idea.
OLED with the same specifications would be a winner. I can't see myself buying another LCD monitor.
