    Nvidia and Marvel Technology to hedge fund managers.

    She received lavish gifts including $200 000 over two years, 12 lobsters that were Fedex but never picked up and dieing off, gift certificates to the Cheese cake factory, etc.

    She faces 25 years.

    Semantics. Pooh will probably nail her to 6 - 10 years at most but it's good to hear.

    How about they go after the hedge fund managers that were bribing her for information.... What a load of horse . I'm not saying she shouldn't be busted for this, but those HF managers deserve much more punishment than her. They make millions and she gets 10 years, this country is such a joke......

    Oh they are working on it, trust me on that point. Always good to go after the little soldiers before nailing the godfathers.

    Harder to convict the hedge fund managers because they can afford the best lawyers. That Indian dudes on Goldman Sach's board and Intel Capital will probably suffer less than this foot soldier.

    $400k tax-less money for up to 25 years sentence. Not worth it.

    Where in that news page does it mention goldmansach?
    I know they are greedy bastards but still..., I don't see them mentioned.
    And if they were implicated in it, heck, they would get a freaking bonus from the gov for doing it just like last time...
