    Tags used:
    Mhash as reported by miner:
    Driver Version:
    APP Version:
    CPU/Load scenario:

This will help give us all a good idea of how different tags and cards perform.

    I wills start things off

    OS: Win 7 64
    Card: 5870 1GB
    Core Clock: 900MHZ
    Miner: GUI GPU miner

Mhash as reported by miner: 375
    Driver Version: 11.5
    APP Version: 2.4
CPU/Load scenario: 4.2ghz Core i5 3 threads WCG one thread free

    OS: Win 7
    Card: 4850 512mb
    Core Clock: 625mhz
    Miner: GUI GPU Miner
    Tags used: none
Mhash as reported by miner: 70
    Driver Version: 11.5
    APP Version: 2.4
    CPU/Load scenario: Phenom 955 3.8ghz 3 cores WCG 1 core free.

Power consumption would be interesting also. I'll add mine when the dedicated miner goes online.

CPU/Load scenario:1100T, clocks vary, set both clients to one core even though they keep 1 core each at 100% load. No performance loss by making them share other than it doesnt update mhash as fast.

Dedicated miner went online. (2x ax1200 sharing the load of 3 6990)

    some_numbers.PNG

    Power draw

    dedicated: 1510w
    main rig: 600w (2600k)

Makes 1.58mh/w. Somebody care to join in on the efficiency numbers?

    Edit:

have you tried setting WCG to one core only? I have a 5870 in a machine with a 2.3ghz Core 2 Duo and If I let WCg run on one core and leave the other open I don't have any slow down issues. Granted 1 core of a 2.3ghz core 2 duo is nothing special but its better than nothing.

Rig 1 or 2 will be updated soon with dual 6870... most likely rig 1 gets dual 6870 and rig two inherits the 5770's.
