I think the new one's incredible. Some things need to be tweaked, but I'm already impressed.
    New features FTW!
Video embedding and post auto-save! New quote window looks great!

    Edit: smileys need some work.

Edit2: Charles, please please please activate the table feature! I see it's there, just greyed out. Would be so awesome for formatting threads with systematic data and results!

Edit3: it seems like posts are sort of vertically stretched with a lot of free space under the text, would be nice to get rid of it. Also, perhaps it's possible to get "Save", "Go Advanced" and such buttons centred?

Edit3: Advanced Editor is missing "Discard Changes" button. >.>

Edit4: the left column with user name and title might need some work when it comes to fonts.

Edit5: can't seem to find the option to set the resolution of image auto resize! Or at least the way to turn it off.

Oh noeees, not you guys too..all the forums are going for this "slick" new VB look... Yeah, it is much better for security and function, but it is so hard for old dogs to like new looks

I like the current look, but it still looks a bit "poofy", by which I mean the skin looks a bit soft and bouncy. Just looks weird IMO.

ED - does this soft have the option to autoresize stupid huge pics? Its very tiresome constantly scrolling left and right on a page with massive pics even with my fairly big 22" monitor, and even more tiresome doing it when I'm on the laptop.

Is it possible to make each forum post bigger as it is getting harder to read in my old age! I was able to quickly browse each forum post but now each one has another line of text below that makes it coconfusing, also the text colours are not dark enough.

I will just go with the flow, but, for the record, please enable tables, and the keep logged in feature, and the first unread too.

I will just have to get new eye glasses if this current color/font combi is the standard

Wow, Charles - glad to see the upgrade went well. Should of told me you're updating as I have written a few guides to make the process alot easier. Probably, still not too late to bookmark this one http://vbtechsupport.com/836/ for future reference and this is one might still apply right now http://vbtechsupport.com/675/.

Please please PLEASE lose this centered crap, use the entire pagewidth as it used to be I do like these posts being autosaved as I type I could get used to this skin with a bit of use but I'd really like:

the page to stretch the full width
New Posts, Private Messages, etc to be aligned to the right
our old Quick Links shortcuts - edit signature was very handy
    Multiquote should say saaya again

    Edit: OMG quotes look hideous

I honestly like the older version.

The additional for typing are sweet, but the layout looks flat. I find the older version much easier to read.

Obviously, it's a work in progress.

    well get used to it.

the only major thing that jumps out at me is view first unread post!!! jesus we've needed that forever. I think this is the only major site not to have it, so it is a welcome addition!! I use the largest amount of posts per page in settings, so the "view first unread" is a huge timesaver.

And please have a auto resize photo feature so we don't get people posting photos that are huge and making us scoll left and right to read a post.
Some sites auto size to a large thumbnail and then you can click on it to enlarge... wait did I just say click on it to enlarge....

I can get used to about anything but the one thing I would really like is the keep logged in feature. I really don't want to have to enter my UN and PW every time I step away from the pc for a few minutes. Thanks Fugger!

For those who noticed you are not staying logged in to the website. In the upper right corner the add banner is to high and it is covering the box to check the option to say logged in. I just barely saw this.

When you mentioned eva2000, is it possible to make Additional custom IMG/IMGF/IMGFS/URLF bbcode tags like on i4memory.
It's really useful to have popping lager images from smaller ones and not being redirected to other sites. You can also make popping images from text. (example)

This would be very useful, but not a must. BTW, can it be done that attached images do not stack to the right? That is one of the reasons for stupidly wide post.
