    Dual LGA1366 Motherboard Help

Well, the CPUs are in the mail, the memory is bought.....I just have to decide on what motherboard I will purchase. Here's where I am having trouble.

Last Hope - EVGA SR-2 (too much cash unfortunately, although definately WORKS).

Could you guys please let me know what's available that will suite the following needs:
    1) ES CPU Support (B0 Stepping X5550 ES Xeons).
    2) 12 DDR3 Memory Slots.
    3) Standard Desktop DDR3 Support (48GB Patriot ViperII Sector-7 PC3-12800).
    4) As many 'Desktop Comforts' as possible.....

I really don't care about Overclocking, so even a SuperMicro X8DAi will work for me......if it will support my CPUs that is (see above).

The EVGA and the SuperMicro boards mentioned above are the only 2 I know about unfortunately.....the SM board may work...the EVGA definately will, but is over 2x the price.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance,
    Allan

I'm not positive, but I thought the SR-2 was the only board that would support standard ram

Most of the Supermicro boards in the X8D lineup list the following:

Memory Capacity. 12x 240-pin DIMM sockets
    -------------------------------------------
    - Supports up to 192 GB 1333 / 1066 / 800MHz DDR3 ECC Registered memory
    - Supports up to 48 GB 1333 / 1066 / 800MHz DDR3 ECC / Non ECC Unbuffered memory

    Memory Type
    -------------
    - 1333 / 1066 / 800MHz ECC Registered
    - ECC or Non ECC Unbuffered DDR3 SDRAM DIMMs

Although, another limiting factor that the EVGA doesn't suffer from is being locked to either 1.35 or 1.5v Memory....without adjustments.

Luckilly, my Patriot DDR3 is 1.5V unless I activate the XMP feature, then requires 1.65V
