    Something like this coming from EVGA as of how layout goes? If thats even possible with S2011.

    Formfactor XL-ATX, Dual-Sockets and PCI-E 3.0 16x 4-way SLI.
    All memory slots numbered as 1 since i was too boored to edit them.

    ::: Desktop's - Intel *** Intel 2
    2 x Xeon E5-2687W *** Intel i7 3930k
    EVGA SR-X *** Asus Rampage IV Extreme
    96Gb (12x8Gb) G.Skill Trident X DDR3-2400MHz 10-12-12-2N *** 32Gb (8x4Gb) G.Skill Trident X DDR3-2666 10-12-12-2N
    3 x Zotac GTX 680 4Gb + EK-FC680 GTX Acetal *** 3 x EVGA GeForce GTX780 + EK Titan XXL Edition waterblocks.
    OCZ RevoDrive 3 x4 960Gb *** 4 x Samsung 840 Pro 512Gb
    Avermedia LiveGamer HD capture card
    Caselabs TX10-D
    14 x 4 TB WD RE4 in RAID10+2Spare
    4 x Corsair AX1200

    ::: Basement DataCenter :::
    [*] Fibreoptic connection from operators core network
    [*] Dell PowerConnect 2848 Ethernet Switch [*] Network Security Devices by Cisco
    [*] Dell EqualLogic PS6500E 96Tb iSCSI SAN (40 2Tb Drives + 8 Spare Drives, Raid10+Spare Configuration, 40Tb fail safe storage)
    [*] Additional SAN machines with FusionIO ioDrive Octal's (4 total Octals).

    Thats going to depend on the QPI links available on the CPU's which Intel has not released yet. So far it seems that Intel will release dual QPI Xeon's which have locked multipliers and the unlocked desktop's will have single QPI's (no dual sockets.)

    With the onboard IMC with SB(-E) BCLK overclocking is not possible so we won't see an SR-2 type board without unlocked dual QPI cpu's.

    S2011 does not have locked BCLK since its enthusiasts platform replacing current enthusiasts platform S1366, if cpu has IMC (all current gen one have got one) or not does not mean we cannot overclock by BCLK.
    Locked multi with S2011 Xeons would mean overclocking by BCLK unless intel desides to put in clock generator in to S2011 Xeon's and disable BCLK overclocking.

    Currently it seems BCLK overclocking for S2011 Xeon's and multiplier and BCLK overclocking for S2011 Extreme Editions or K Editions.

    But nothing is shure at this point, only motherboards been seen in public and they're still in Revisions of 0.1 or 0.2 or similar.

    Yeah but its restricted alot, with S2011 that restriction is supposed to be removed so it doesnt restrict overclocking.
    Thats what i ment with "locked".

    Looks like we will see dual socket 1366/2011 boards because x79 supports both sockets.

    Will there be an eight DIMM slots X79 board? So far I only saw four slots. It will not be good if X79 has fewer DIMM slots than X58. Plus, I need 64GB RAM....

    I think it's reasonable to assume that there will be workstation boards with 8 DIMM slots. Gamer/overclocking boards I think will stick to 4 slots.
