Help w/ an on-going issue regarding HDD activity lockup

Before I even begin stating my issue. YES.... MY BOARD IS A B3 REVISION!!

OK, ever since i've built and OC'ed this PC im having the strangest issue, and dont know if its possibly related to the firmware on my C300 64GB SSD, Intel chipset drivers, or what-not, but the issue is getting very annoying!! At random times (But it will only do it 1 time) the HDD light on ym tower will stay lit-up and the PC becomes un-usable but still functional (Ex, if im playing a MP3 or browsing web, I can still do what im doing but the screen will lockup, but my music will be playing fine) I always thought whenever this happened that the PC lockup up, and I would hit the reset button, but I just recently taught myself that the PC wont lockup, and if I just let it sit like that for 30-45seconds, it stops and all is great, and it WONT DO IT AGAIN TILL NEXT BOOT **MAYBE** VERY RANDOM ISSUE HERE!! WTH is the issue here? What setting in EUFI is the voltage setting for HDD?? anyone heard of an issue like this? driving me nuts.... thanks

Simple Fix, go to bios & make sure Hot Swap is enabled on drives.
2nd make sure harddisk are set from 20mins to 0 to never turn off.
    Good Luck

New 0007 firmware flashed, and can see that it fixed the issue.... Also my prior SEQ READS were 336MB/s now with this new firmware my SEQ READS ARE 354MB/s ...... Nice little boost!
