    Question bitspower site?

Just curious if they have a real site?

    I find this ...
    http://www.bitsmodding.com/
    http://www.bitspower.com/index.htm

one is out of date and the other is dead ...

Am I missing something? Cause neither site looks like something I would expect from having such quality products

Apparently they dont have a proper site - found this out from my local retailer after getting a custom order in and the threads were 3/8 not 1/4!
Seems as though checking performance pcs site you'll get most of the info that you need, their stock is massive.

I bought from them directly, used this email shop@bitspower.com.tw. Also used the same mail for support for distributors/resellers list, their support is rated 4.5 out of 5 by my opinion.

I was considering red compression fittings. Can't find any in the US.

Even if you're registered and logged in, there's no Buy button. You have to send the email to shop@bitspower.com.tw

Having just completed an order with them I can't talk of shipping times, but their customer service is top-notch. I had to have one of their newest products that nobody has even in the US yet. It was perfect for my mod, though.

I am surprised that anyone has had a good experience with Bitspower in Taiwan. Vince, at that location clearly has tremendous problems understanding English, I found the experience dealing with them horrid.

*shrug* I didn't get much out of them in the end... gave up... it's like my Cisco ASA class where the teacher is Bulgarian, and only 50% of class speaks English as their first language... it can be quite tough... especially when you hear "tunnels" pronounced as "toe nails"...

I sent them an email to try and acquire this Water Tank Z-Multi 80-3 Dual G1-4 Model (POM Version) reservoir since it isn't offered at any retailer in the US. Still waiting for a reply.
