Problem: Password installing the Sonar X-Fi (BR)

Hello, I sold one to a friend Bloodrage, but he is not able to install the sound card (Sonar X-Fi), the second he asks for a password for installation. Never reported this because I already use a dedicated sound card off (STX). I would like to know I have some solution to be passing any password to get it to install the card on his computer. Thank those who help!

Password - where? It asks only for Creative activation code after installation, which is usually printed on the CD back side.

Im pretty sure he means that activation code for Creative. It should be on cover of CD where Creative instalation is.. its not there?

If not, it can happen (actually happened to me too). Contacting Foxconn should help..

It is the activation code of Creative same. Only it does not have that code to enter when it asks to put. According to my friend, have you looked at the back of the CD, manual etc. and did not find this code. I already sent an email to Foxconn talking about this problem, I hope they help me. I sent the e-mail makes two days, but so far no response. Will they take to respond?

    Sorry for my English!
    Henrique.

It's known problem with a batch of BR mobos, nothing to worry about . My first BR was the same - no sticker on the CD back side - Foxconn support sent my Creative activation code based on BR serial number. You have to wait patiently some time .
