    SPDIF connector pin-out

Trying to identify which is SPDIF in and which is grounded pin.

Though I'm using Quadro FX 580 but the connector/labeling is the same.

Also any idea if Audio through Display Port works with workstation cards ?

I checked it out yesterday, but wasn't sure...if your cards manual doesn't have a pinout diagramm, then you can check your motherboards relevant diagramm...

by the use of specific cable you can determine which pin does what...if you have a cable handy....

if not , some cables that i found in ebay have labeling in theis single pins (m/b side) so you cannot make a mistake...if not again, you can check by a DMM i guess which pin on the card is which...

sorry, this is the best i can think of, since i don't use such a cable now....
