Very nice clocks man!. Thats a good score, especially for 4.45ghz cpu.

Best I have done so far in 03 with a 2500k at 5.4 is 93k. Tried adjusting LOD but doesnt seem to help.

I was trying to find a review showing better pictures of the cooling but hard to find right now. It looks like it does have a plate covering the vrm area and also the memory. I have the twin frozrIII cooler on the gtx480 lightning, its a great cooler.

    MSI 560 TI HAWK

just some stock volt overclocking for now.used 3d06 for 3d testing will get it on my other board later.

thing runs 1000 np for 5 passes in o6 3d areas

1.04 vid 100% fan 68f-70f room temps it stays cool..

no other added fans on the card

pushed to 1030 stock volts for two passes did not try more passes or clocks

max core volts with ab is 1.199 with the vid i have

here 1.16v just to burn in and see temps.

will get more testing info and modded bios for 1.21v up if anyone wants it.

max volts with trick 1.30v just software

with a modded bios to 1.21v,1.36v with software np
dont know how it will react but i will see later

Nice card, 1030 core on stock volts is great.

Looks like the cooler does a good job, this will probably be my next card to try.

    Keep the results comming

Has anyone noticed issues with a card downclocking? (like powersaving, but during a Game/Benchmark)
I'm still having this issue in Crysis2. Im not really convinced it is due to instability, as imo - it should crash like it does in other games when instable.. or at least show some image corruption before it does it...
    or am I missing something?
I'm not really familiar with these new cards, my last one was a 9800gtx. I have a MSI 560ti, default=880mhz

Is there some documentation on safety features of the 560 - like wehn it dould downclock? Like eg. if the PSU is to weak...

    EDIT:
So, im just answering my own question... I replaced the PSU (was 500w) and now the card behaves normally - as in it crashes instead of downclocking .
I think either the psu turned off the 6pin connectors and the card downclocked itself to keep working or the card somehow didn't get enough juice...
Anyways a more powerful psu solved the downclocking issue.

Do you guys test these clocks? I mean, can you use them for everyday gaming, or just benching?

I can run it at 1ghz no problem, but its not stable.
It also seems that increasing the voltage does not necessarily improve stability. It increases the temperature however .. and thats also not helping.
I tried up to 1.1v, but... it only heats up the card more.

    Best setting I managed is

which seems to be stable for gaming. (1v is default)
Its a MSI Twinfrozr with stock cooler but heatsinks on ram+vrm.

Well maybe It's just not a good card

eVGA 560Ti SC (900/2100) overclocked to 1000/2400 on stock volts. I've only run 3dmark06 so far. Temps at mid 60s peak, hoping they stay low during 3dmark11 and gaming

Just purchased a Twin Frozr II "Open box", should be here end of this week. Hope I'm not getting burned by buying an open box card, but Newegg's got like 15+ in stock. Any word on how the TwinFrozr II clocks compared to the Hawk? Higher binning on the Hawk?

After a week or so of folding, I was getting some random core shut downs along with some random game crashes while clocked at 1000/2400. I pushed back to 975/2400 and things seem better thus far. I was running fan at 80% and seeing load temps of 60C while folding and 75-80C while gaming... those temps seem reasonable...

I've been experiencing much the same issue with my Giga 1GHz SOC whilst Folding.
